Cat 9.7 is officially released today!

I have installed the new CCC 9.7 on Win7/32 RC! But where is it possible to change the "Pixel-Format" Settings?

9.7 release notes says that ATI Video Converter is now included also in Win7 x64 version , yet i still cant find it/dont have it...Any1 else with same problem?

 

The betas i used where better than theses.

Install/Noobism Problem xD

Hi everyone, i just signed up, so sorry if i ask something dumb, i never owned an ATI before.
I can't seem to upgrade from catalyst 9.6 to 9.7, the install manager says i have the latest version of each of the components, but i'm positive i don't xD
Also, when i tried a clean install of the drivers (9.7), the setup didn't install the CCC, neither the display driver, only installed the CIM. This happens every time. So i got stuck to the 9.6 version. Any suggestions?

What version of what OS are you using? I've not seen that in a long time.

 

It's out now. The only thing that is not out yet is the Avivo Video Converter which still says 9-6 on the file itself but their website reads 9-7.

i got the xp 32bit from ati.com, i've removed the older driver in the usual way, add remove/safe mode driver cleaner and when i try to install i get this error:

"Setup did not find a driver compatible with your current hardware or operating system. setup will now exit"

This is a new one on me, i have xp 32bit and the right driver but it will still not install. No firewall/antivirus running at all during it.

 

Use device manager to install the driver, then install CCC.

I still have 149 :cussing: (not really cursing, but wondering why i only have 149 )

 

Okay, so I installed the official 9.7s on XP32 just a little while ago. I have seen screenshots of the new CCC, and I was disappointed it wasn't in the "leaked" versions for XP, but I figured I'd wait and see if the new CCC would be in the official release drivers, so I waited.

I'm still seeing the old CCC. Is anyone else here using XP? Do you see the new tabbed CCC? :\

 

Downloaded the drivers from ati and use setup.exe and this is it, the new CCC

Win 7 64 RC1. I had the problem with 9.4-9.6 too, but not the beta 9.7s

 

oh i see what he is talking about, well he could try install the vista CCC lol to see would it install.
