Seriously??? You need what's called a restraining order. I don't know if they have those across the pond, but that's what you need. The cops wont give you that. You'l probably have to go to the court house.

They have a kid together. It's not that simple.

Kids will really throw a wrench into the whole workings. The worst part is that they are innocent in the whole thing and get used as leverage. I'm in that sort of thing as well man. Hang in there and always remember the legal system and it's job and never do anything that will reflect negatively on you.

 

I would get a restraining order against her.

After my mum and dad got divorced, all they did was argue, fight and try to lay blame whereever they could. They were both full of sh*t.

 

I think you are emotionally attached with that kid otherwise you would have easily avoided all that nonsence crap. Well it seems that you cannot nourish that kid so the possibility of you having that kid is ruled out. You have to make a wise decision here. Try and understand that it is very hard for a man to bring up a child. My advice to you, forget everything and move on. This will hurt but life is that way.

 

Court will be VERY expensive, and will side with the mother 75% of the time. I suggest you get saving up and do whatever you can to make sure that your little girl doesn't get hurt

However- call me an a**hole but it's people like you getting immature girls pregnant when you have no money and no decent job prospects that have helped contribute to the current problems in the UK benefit system. There are so many young kids getting pregnant now by guys who are totally unable to understand the massive impact a child will have on their lives -

You weren't mature enough for a child, and it's quite obvious that neither was your girlfriend - with the various choices of contraception around, why on earth did you get her pregnant?

I hope for the little girls sake it gets sorted.

i agree to a full extant..now the little child will have to suffer because both of the parents are irresponsible to even have a child in the first place...

 

i completely agree with you i was to young and if i was mature i would have told my self get rid of it, but i wasn't sure what i was doing and now the kid surfers, if i could go bk i would have not let her go though with it

Are they not still teaching this in school? As far as i was aware, even kids with special needs are being given this unbelievable information.

 

I would assume not because kids at 13 are having babies and my old town in IL didn't teach about sex ed till the 11th grade I think.
