So is the Ambient Occlusion only available in vista onwards?
As I don't have the option in my control panel using xp x86 using the 185.65 driver.

This is far from a good driver for me, tho COD W@W looks sweet with AO.......I get like a lag every now and again.

I vote nVidia needs more time with this

I don't see a difference in quality with ambient occlusion on or off with the 8800GTX.

I ran FEAR 2, Far Cry 2, WiC. I tried to run HL2, but for some reason that is totally screwed up, it doesn't render normally with these drivers, it doens't matter whether AO is turned on or off.

The benchmark for WiC gave me 30 FPS average without AO and 31 FPS with AO, that also seems not right.

I can remember that early alpha drivers did work with Ambient Occlusion. You also had options 'Low' and 'High' to choose from. Now it's just 'On' or 'Off'??
Can anyone confirm AO does not work with G80 cards?

These drivers work flawlessly in windows 7 build 7068 64bit, only problem i have is that my gfx card seems to be getting much hotter for some reason. but part from that, havent found any problems with them

I've tried BIA HH (AA Working finally), Crysis Wars, Age of chivalry (Source Based), and not a single issue yet, just improvement.

    Win7 x64 Build 7068.
