I know what 3dmark is, I saying he thinks driver is slow because he lost points, I was saying he should check his games first.

maybe they are slow and he lost points... for his setup it might be where yours might not be. Everyone's system is different so it really doesn't make it worth it to constantly degrade someone when they talk about 3dmark scores and driver differences.

gone back to 185.26 as etw doesnt run at all well with these and nhancer. some very weird things going on.

as i'm playing etw atm these are a no-no. the 185.26 i have found the best so far for this game. and also other games run nice as well.

but i did check these drivers out with cod w@w quickly and looked quite nice..(but that could have been me changing the colour settings :) )

As it seems, all Nvidia drivers after 180.42 are broken, including WHQL ones. I tested a few ones with XP x64. The Nvidia Control Panel process doesn't close after you hit the 'x' (check the Task Manager), and it messes with some settings, including luminance level (i.e. 'Dynamic range'). You can try to apply 0-255 and open a video with the Nvidia Control Panel still opened; it'll work. But when you close it, the setting changes back to the original value. Already tested with this 182.46.

A lot of CUDA apps are still buggy. Some GLSL apps give us BSODs; a lot of machines were tested. Nvidia, always making a buggier driver.

Its not degrading at all, how the heck is suggestion some one to try some games instead of looking at there 3dmark score to see if it improved their games. Its not degrading at all its a suggestion. Some of your guys are uptight and feel every thing is a insult when it isnt.

I never called him any names just suggest he check out his games to see how they react to the drivers, I know drivers are diffent on diffent configs as I have two comps in my room which react diffenty to diffent nvidia drivers. But in his case he never said he tried games at all just 3dmark. Thats why I made the suggestion plus gaining points in 3dmark does not mean you gain speed boost in games.

As I gain points and lost speed in my games as well as lost points and gain speed boost in games and even same score and speed lower/higher etc. Thats why I said that. But yes I know all about 3dmark and know you cant always count on it for seeing if you gain speed in games as it not a game. As how I explained, it can loose points and yet game run even better and the other way around.

Theres nothing I said was degrading at all. come on really, if making a suggestion to try some games if the user didnt try any and just 3dmark is degrading then. There something wrong with this world.

Post#24 from hilbert " This driver set is not intended for Windows 7." I thought that was the answer.

yep, it blocks it, says device is not supported.

I'm not really sure what to tell you there, I haven't been having MS issues with any game. I can say for sure these drivers don't MS for me in HAWX.

I have installed these, but have yet to try them as I'm currently copying some data from my C drive back over to my storage drives.

Down clocking not working on my 8600gt. Every driver after geforce 181.22, gives me graphics corruption in any game I play. I think nVidia have forgot 8xxx series cards.

Are you OCing your GPU? WiC is sensitive to that.
