yeah agreed, im writing up one im making sure i eat an apple a day, eat greens and drink water im cutting out all diet coke/ coffee & tea. I weigh about 10.8 stone, 151 pounds.

I come up with a special 3 month long diet to loose weight really quick, eat half bowl of bran flakes (tiny bit of sugar for energy) eat one apple a day in portions half lunch other half tea time, 8 bottles of water and a range of supplements. I presume its safe as some guy survuved for a year just off his body fat or something like that. I hope i can loose at least 2 stone.

 

It looks like a decent setup Masterchiefx2 under all that stuff, do a quick clean up and post another picture so we can actually check out your hardware (those speakers are awesome)!

 

masterchief: how tall are you? Depending on your height, 151 might not be a bad weight. I'm roughly 6 feet 2 inches or so, and around 190 lbs. Not really an ideal weight, but not entirely overweight either.

Elemental - I'm about 3/4" shorter than you but got you beat by almost 22lbs, lol! However I'm currently working to remedy this problem by utilizing my college's gym (the gym fees are included with tuition so I figure I might as well use it)!

lol well i have you all beat im 6 ft 1 and weigh in at 14.5 stone not sure how many ibs and ye i am over weight but i carry it well because of my big build (not lankey in the slightest) but geting on my bike again soon (push bike)

 

Yeah that's awesome man, all the crap just shows it's well-loved and in plenty of use. And nice speakers

 

One "Stone" is about 14lbs so you weigh about 203lbs (give or take a few ounces)! So your not bad at all, here in the States you would be considered skinny, lol!
