    Hi.

What is a good registry cleaner you guys use. Pref a free one but not necessary. I know in keeping a system in shape you need this especially. Which one do you use and think it's the best.

What i used until now was registryfix, but maybe there is something better out there?

I might get flamed, but I am using CCleaner atm. It does the job for me, and it's free.

Another vote here for CCleaner, I've always used it and my PC is squeaky clean! :)

CCleaner is good, but I recommend TuneUp Utilities 2009, It's not free but it probably is worth the money...if you were to pay for it, if you know what I mean;);):pirate:

Ah buddy, I didn't read too much positive about that.

Comodo Registry Cleaner and good defrag utility, like PerfectDisk, will do far more. I get into Vista so fast it's sick with PerfectDisk's placement of boot files. Of course, my Velociraptor probably has a bit to do with it. :) The difference this hard drive makes is positively amazing, outside of a SSD.

Just installed it to test it out, seems OK (only used it on 32bit XP or Vista systems before)

I'm a little touchier about installing apps in Vista 64 as I don't have a readily available backup if something goes wrong. With Vista 32, I could always restore a drive image.

    Update:
I went ahead and installed it...according to release notes v3.1.0 added support for 64bit to ASC3.

Ccleaner, then again its the only one I've used. But it did okay and I don't have any reason to kick it to the curb.
