Hehe, me too. After I saw the sales and did some digging online and found no apparent trace of EA DRM, the decision is clear. It was my first ever purchase through Steam (I usually prefer having physical disk). It was easy and I finished download and installation in less than 3 hours.

I now need to travel to galaxy far far away! :vader:

I cant find it either... Unreal deal pack seems to be gone too, and UT 2004 Collectors Edition...

I bought UT3 few days ago but unfair to remove games from list since sale was supposed to end 2nd day. Or perhaps they run out of cd-keys :p

It's awesome. Basically. Everything designed just for fun and you won't even realise how fun it can be until you have given it quite a few hours - give yourself time to get into it.

I'll come up in the spring to snap away... you can recommend some nice B&Bs maybe? I've been a few times and loved it up there every time!!! Anyways, the cheapest I could find the game for http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Mass-Effect-B...3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66:2|65:2|39:1|240:1318

Zavvi had it for £20, but a few copies on the shelves were labeled £4.99, lol...

Hmm... I didn't know if it's regional or not, but I still see Mass Effect available for purchase from Steam at the U.S.

Few days ago I was searching for UT3 on Steam, but couldn't find it. Now it shows up in the search result. :3eyes:

Total crap! I've bought Civilization 3 Complete for around €3 to find out that the game (read "this Steam version") is incomplete and doesn't work in Vista. :puke2:

The weird part is that the game is missing some files and that my retail CD version of Civ 3 Complete works flawless in Vista.

According to the Steam forums, Valve refuses to do something about it and 2K says that the game cannot run on Vista. So easy for them, since the retail CD version works just fine. :3eyes:
