does this driver support sli for 8800 gts series on a x58 motherboard? will this ever happen? i have gigabyte ex58-ud5 and 2 x 8800gts please someone tell me

 

This driver made my textures in GTAIV look low res and blurry, even though they're set to high.

 

Hi, I can't install the driver.
Get the message "no drivers found matching the installed hardware..."

I have a DELL M6400 Notebook with Nvidia Quadro 2700M.

It's listed here but it doesn't work.

Could you recommend any other driver? The DELL driver works fine, but GTA 4 won't start with it.

This driver works great for me, so definit keepers! GRiD, Mass Effect and Tombraider Underworld all worked great. They did that before too, but felt just a bit more smooth now? Too tired to bench, but just so you who havent had the time or strength yet know that these have great IQ and good performance ratio. And also whats even more important atleast to me is that, these are stable as a house full of horses.

i went back to previous release in fact i went to 180.70 XG, dunno but Fear Combat just didnt fell smooth enough for me with these 181...

 

wow after what Ive read there some fixes and improvements in this driver.. I use the beta 3 and that one throws me back to desktop on certain games :/

hope these will fix things .. dl now ;D

 

causes my system to freeze twice seems to have stopped now

well Ive tested these now with crysis warhead... it runs much smoother.. actually it must have gained a few fps i guess

looks like it's only helping most people with newer than 9series?

but still i'm gonna try and report back! otherwist back to trustworthy WHQL's

 

Unfortunately laptop users have to get their drivers a little differently.

so far so good...no crashes
don`t see an improvement in GTA 4...didn`t try other games though

 

You mean SLi in gta? Because even if you have 2 gpu's, you'll only see 1 gpu's ram amount being available in the graphics settings. It's not the indication of only 1 gpu being used. SLi works just fine here with these drivers and they also seem to be alot more optimized.

 

I've not seen one issue with the other beta drivers... I'm also testing on a fresh install which is what Nvidia does..most problems people have with drivers are cuased by other 3rd party software issues.
