Drivers are up on the official nVidia site now.

nb. I did a file compare with the one in the link and they are identical. (Vista x64)

    ok
The driver set is ok. I have 180.44 before this. I did not see any increase in W.I.C or COD 4 But when you are already getting 100+ FPS maxed out:) How much better could it get. The thing I dont understand is it was suppose to let you set which card you want to use for physx but I dont see that option in the CP as well as some other cool changes. Looks the same to me. unless im missing something.

Come on guys..lets keep it on topic.

The drivers support those cards for a reason...if you can't go to them then stay with the WHQL drivers that Nvidia checks for your card and be happy.

Tested, installed and working on my Gigabyte 8600 GT 256 DDR3 Zalman card. Soft fan controls vanished from Riva Tuner, and low-level ones are resetting for me every time I set.

    However, installed and running :).

Before I install , does it bork Rivatuner fan profiles so I have to redo them all from scratch?

Unwinder said that now that 180 is WHQL, he has to test about stability of version 2.20 and he'll release rivatuner 2.20 (which has fan control at 180's) in a few hours (rivatuner's forum)
    so just be patient xP

Ahh, sorry, I must update it. It've managed it, but one of these Kingstons is now burnt :D. Memtest spits it out in first second. Another one of set it working.
But I've got myself cheap OCZ Reaper, set of 2x1 GB, from auction :). Now it runs on these timinings: 4-4-4-12 :).

The only problem why I can't go further is that I have cheapest possible CPU Fan, and cpu overheats resulting in blue screen. This what you see however is stable and running like mad.

Sorry, can't tell for sure :(. I've reset my profile already, trying to push low-level setting to 100%, and then disabling it, because it returned to 25%.

Wow, thanks, I was waiting a looong time for it :).

RT2.11 behaves the same way it did with 180.43 drivers: fan profiles work in low-level mode. If you notice your fan profiles don't work, re-create them in low-level mode.

Well I hate nVidia's attitude towards driver support. What exactly is the point of quoting me and saying that? It's not like I don't have a point. They are purposely neglecting the GX2 simply because its not the newest thing out there, and thats what I hate. I won't put up with this crap any more. Nothing said can convince me otherwise.

-Flickering shadows with AFR2 in all source related games, new and old.
-Even poorer performance in Far Cry 2 than the previous 180.xx drivers had.
-Issue with Fallout 3 and Anti-Aliasing resulting in a Massive FPS drop at random moments.

I understand that many of these things are SLI related, and while I would pick up a GTX280 and be done with it theres still one problem, when the next series comes out support for that card will eventually drop too. I don't care to buy into that crap any more. When I buy a videocard I expect full support for that card, and so far ATi has always delivered for me in that area so that's where I shall return to.

First NVIDIA driver I have ever had a serious problem with beyond general instability. It installs, reboots, works... except it doesn't recognize my (useless) physx card. Then after a restart, windows boots and the screen goes black. I've tried multiple installs, mixing and matching multiple sets of physx drivers, lack of physx drivers, etc. This driver just does not work for me. Any ideas what could be going wrong?
