again this only affects certain people with certain problems usually. And yes in some cases its medical problems which are causing the Ease of Nausia in gaming. I can say I have yet to see or feel any of these affects when playing a game.
Ahahaha its like when Crysis first came out and I figured out that whenever I jumped off a really high cliff ingame I'd have the sensation I was falling in real life. :3eyes: Edit* I believe its called "vertigo"
Motion sickness from a video game... on a screen that doesn't even cover peripheral vision? Pussies. Though it still makes me want to get the game but I'd rather get it for the PC instead of the PS3 but it's not out on PC yet
LOL,idiots calling other pussies,It doesn't mean that if ur sick from a video game then ur a pussy. I have played a lot of video games and if u look in their manuals u'll find many video games covering up warnings regarding sickness after playing them.
if that article is to be believed, then i'm going to puke my stomach out. i stopped playing PREY as soon as i hit the 1st portal very very early in the game like 5% or so, the game was awesome and it saddens me that i did not play nor will ever play it because i feel dizzy with serious nausea. meh i hope Mirror's Edge won't be as nauseating as Prey, i can take so much before throwing up. uke2: lol
The only game I "felt" playing was Doom 3. I turn off all the lights in the room, put my headphones on and turn the volume up pretty high, smoke a lot of that green stuff and get so messed up... Scary **** Doom 3 is when you play it like that. Good thing I quit smoking that junk long time ago, though CSS under influence was niceeee.
Same, Doom 3 scared the sh!t out of me. At the start when the scientist first turns into a zombie.. oO ..and then you have to venture out to greet the rest of them.. aaghh ><
Frist one to vomit wins? Whats with the odd ones calling people 'pussies' because of motion sickness, hmm?
What's with the vagina term all of a sudden Seriously it's not peoples fault that they get motion sickness and I for one wouldn't like to take a couple of sea sickness /mition sickness pills before playing a game. For the record I don't get motion sickness unless I read in a car on the move
