The one thing that won me with the new TR arc was the controls. Graphics second and Music 3rd. Love the new soundtrack.

 

Does anyone feel that some of the animations feel a little too fast ?

I got into the little cave above the water, but on the other side i cant make the jump.

I think I know where you mean (having just played it). You need to jump onto the ledge directly behind you first (play with the camera angles to find it).

 

anything more meaningfull than that in this game?

i love the way they fixed her face:O! in all the other TR games it never felt like that the one ingame looked like the one on the cover on the box/manual, but now it looks very good!!!

this game hasn't option next-gen but it already has next-gen and it is better than TR Legend except TR Anniversary!

Ordinarily I would have agreed, but the previous TR tiles had excellent keyboard controls. So they are just ****ing around on the game.

 

TRU > TRL > TRA - TRU is a better serie of series tomb raider!

 

The reason "next-gen" was left out of TRA was because it was so un-optimized when TRL came out... Many people couldn't run it even with high end rigs. So, for TRA they wanted a larger user base with mid-to-high end hardware instead of just high-end since nobody could run it in next-gen mode anyway.

The thing I like about the TR games from a technical stand point is Crystal Dynamics exploits every last bit of visual power they can given the limitations of the consoles (360; PS3) and the PC platform equally. For what these games are (third-person action games), they put a lot of pride and hard work into each version, and the PC version isn't just a sloppy console port.

 

i think the graphics will be better in final version since this is a demo and they usually, well at least in TR series, make it a little lower quality than original...
