Dear Guys! Please let me know why you keep pet in your home?!!! I never think about this option! Wife,Computers,Planets are not better? why dog,cat,etc ...? What you want from your pets?!

ROFL srsly dude what kind of question is that?! don't you know that pets are the most beautiful thing in the world, hell i can live without humans, i cannot live without pets, they're loyal and give you selfless love until the day they die, pets are sacred for me. edit: i had a Retriever dog who sadly died 4 years ago at the age of 12, started developing some bone problems and couldn't walk properly during the last year, then one day he just sat on his favorite place and died there in silence, needless to say me and my mom spent the next couple of months in total depression and sadness, believe me this pain never really goes away and i can be brought to tears to this day just by watching his image. he's greatly missed, unfortunately we can't get another dog atm as there's a few things going on currently, but we will in the future.
My Siberian Husky is extremely stubborn and such a handful .... but he annoys my annoying neighbors with his awesome howling-talk so he's worth the trouble in the end!
well i would rather have a spider or snake in my lap then a pig lol although, i hate spiders :biggun:
i think he meant plants plants are just as messy as some pets but they dont crap on your floor if you dont take them out
They have great personalities but man mine cost me a lot of money in vet/furniture the first half year but now he's pretty well-behaved. If you have a big yard, A LOT of patience and the money, I say go for it!
Is this question a general, why do you have a pet, or is it why do you keep pets in your home as opposed to outside? If it's the latter then i imagine it would mainly apply to dogs, i have one thing to say about this, i can't stand people who get a dog and keep it outside it's bordering on cruelty.
Pets, atleast cats, dogs and similar, have great personalities. In my home, the cat is very much part of our familiy. I'm not sure what you mean by "What you want from your pets?", and with that it just sounds like you've never had a pet. If you've had one, you wouldn't be asking that question.
keep in mind that he's probably Muslim at least considering one of his previous threads about the Ramadan festivity, most muslims consider dogs not pure because they sniff just about everything, be it garbage, people, etc. so it's only natural to assume (and this is my own conclusion) that he's never had a Dog or more drammaticaly any pet before (maybe a bird in a cage? lol). but then again many muslims do keep pets at home, so i'm not trying to offend the muslims or anyone just shading some light as to why he started this thread inquiring about how we feel about our pets.

Perfect statement for that avatar The simple solution (because my wife doesn't like the cat cuddling with her at night) is to close the bedroom door before they get in Really, our cat has a favourite chair, covered in gray fur, so she doesn't mind so long as she gets to say "hello" to us when we open the door in the morning. The dog has her designated bed, but she prefers the sofa (and we fuss at her about it)
