    @Ian - Yeah, it was actually full of old people... but a few really good looking birds walking on the beach looked really intrigued about me with my big camera and tripod... Shame I wasn't in a chat up mood, they'd be MINE!!! Anyway, my Tamron 90mm 2.8 macro lens came yesterday, here's a little preview of what's to come ,.-)

    Not really no, just saw some windmills and steadied the camera as much as I could in the car and snapped when it was in the middle.

    Sharpened up the image a little, added some bloom and resized it.

    The original is mostly the same.

    I'd say around 10cm... maybe slightly less... you can really get close to your subject. It's a fantastic lens, super sharp, great resolution and it's very very clean overall. I very highly recommend it!

    One of those lucky shots, i saw the kid on the foreground speeding and aligning himself towards the vert so i had my camera ready and took the picture. When i got home i noticed the 2nd kid in the background in the same pose as the kid in the foreground.

    Intentionally overexposed this to make the middle structure stand out, downside is ofcourse the halos on the neons.
