lol it looks identical to flatout 2!

 

strange.. because srsly i'm not having any framerates issues here, it's not as smooth as Grid for example which was way too smooth, sure Flatout UC framerate drops to as low as 30 but but it's not a lag/stutterfest when there are a lot of cars/dust etc, keep in mind i'm using Xp SP3 + 175.19 whql official as they're the best drivers for me and i did not like the 177.79 betas because of the "cheap" IQ on my rig.

according to one of my friends the Xbox360 got the same slowdowns so its probably the game not your rigs but who knows.

 

It's a remake, I wouldn't be surprised.

Its a shame the performance is not equal to flatout2, but the graphics are better

 

it's the same game...with better graphics..new cars, new characters...what is so hard to understand..

Just got my HD4870 in today. I wanted to wait to share some screenshots until after I got all the other parts for my new computer, but they won't be in 'till monday =/

No Grain/M.Blur, all other settings max, 4xAA Edge-Detect, 16xAF, 1440x900 @ 30fps stable

 

Picking up from where we left off with my previous post, more Mass Effect =D

This time at 1600x1200 with 8xAA Edge Detect ( aka 24 AA samples ) running at 30 fps. Seems my CPU is bottlenecking my card at lower resolutions a tad ^^

create a new crysis shortcut, go into properties of shortcut click on shortcut tab and add -devmode to the end of target when you feel like playing 3rd person and having noclip, god mode just use the dev shortcut (change with f1-4)

remember to add a space aswell or it wont work
