Had the same problem, heres what you do.Copy the all the "Compiled HTML Helpfiles" CPL files from some other driver and paste them in the 174.51 folder and you should be good. Worked for me.

Great driver for me so far. Cod4 works perfectly.

Abra's link is corrupted, i tryed to install it and it did nothing.

But Makler's link is good and even two times smaller and it did install fast and it's working nicely !

on my 8600M GT SLI laptop

    173.65 was giving me 3Dmark06 : 8685
but my desktop was crashing everytime after a right click...
    174.31 was stable but less powerful 3DMark06 : 8600

and then this 174.51 is as stable as the 174.31, never crashing and as powerful as 173.65 as i just got 3DMark06 : 8688

edit : in fact it's even more stable than the 174.31, before when i was quitting a certain game, the game window was still appearing and i had to kill the task. Now no need to kill it anymore.

I keep this new driver ^_^ thanks for the link Makler.

^^ no problem, always willing to help the community :)

HaZe303's copy file method should make the driver install too, but you'll need all of the chm's from international driver package to make it work with an inf from laptopvideo2go, dunno about the aBra's infs as I haven't seen them. Basically the driver just has some chm's missing (even the english ones!) which is a bit strange, but that's nothing for the performance part, so they can be safely replaced with the ones from nay other driver package.

Nvidia seems to be working on SLI in these 174's pretty extensively... I've seen pretty awesome boosts from each one I download. Thanks nvidia!

After some more tests and gaming...

174.51 is still more stable for me than 174.31 and as powerful as the 173.65

    but :nerd:

1- in crysis some small portions in the far landscape are blinking, noticed that when i was in an ennemy camp before the "recovery chapter", on a shore where there is a radio to listen, and where we can see the landscape far away.

2- in "windows movie maker" the transitions "title" and "end generic" are flickering in black on half the video screen, but no incidence on the main video.

3 - in photoshop when i edit a picture's layer, the back plan color changes to a strange color... no incidence on the result but annoying...
