Well anyways. It's just the PC demo, it's in a dark setting. The game is much brighter and colorful, but still has a 'greyish' feel to it like a lot of the other COD's. The 360 beta looked nice, the PC one looks better from the screenshot.

First of all John thank you for giving us one last chance on this topic. I would like to suggest an addition to the rules.

No "look how good I am" screens. Things like score boards and such.

You must identify the game you are posting. This will keep people from having to ask all the time.

COD4 looks absolutely amazing plus it's apparently well optimized! I'm downloading the demo. Can't wait.

I managed to find a day/night server

1680x1050 All settings set high as possible except for AA...+ my .cfg has been screwed with a bit.

 

Meh. Crysis looks nice. Very nice in fact. But it doesn't WOW me as much as COD4.

 

The Crysis engine, for some reason, looked so much better in all the screenshots they released a while ago.

 

Its a beta................................

Also, to enable the really nice effects etc you hgave to create / edit .cfg files to call the cvars for the effects etc.

Some of the guys on the official forums have AMAZING quality.

Needless to say, you need a beast of a rig (I've only my x1800xt )
