...should be out pretty soon, and its shaping up to be one hell of a game. Full Release date is November 12. So, who else is planning on playing it?
Oh god.. whatever social life I may have will end with the release of this game. I can't even handle the anticipation. Pretty much the only time I won't be playing is: 1) When I'm at work (unless I bring my pc to work with me, or build one from parts around my shop, again, @ work) 2) When I'm in bed dreaming about UT 3) When I'm having sex 4) When I'm playing Gears of War among other great upcoming titles and 5) when I'm too high to find my mouse PS - SO diggin the Powerglove in your avater FullBleed. What a time that was..
In case anyones wondering, the minimum requirements were recently released. Minimum System Requirements * Windows XP SP2 or Windows Vista * 2.0+ GHZ Single Core Processor * 512 Mbytes of System RAM * NVIDIA 6200+ or ATI Radeon 9600+ Video Card * 8 GB of Free Hard Drive Space Recommended System Requirements * 2.4+ GHZ Dual Core Processor * 1 GBytes of System RAM * NVIDIA 7800GTX+ or ATI x1300+ Video Card * 8 GB of Free Hard Drive Space Too sum it up if you're could play Bioshock your fine. Oh hell yeah. Worst decision of my life was the one to sell my NES at a garage sale. The Wii virtual console is nice and all, but it can never replace the real deal.
Cant wait, does anyone know if theres any Single Player for it?( i know MP is where its at with UT ) but I have no net at the moment and just wondering if theres any SP campaign or anything in it to pass the time until im connected?
omg yes this is gonna be the ultimate Multiplayer experience and im gonna flip my S!@# once it comes out..wooooooooooooo
I'm sure that after Gears Of War gonna ship in early November, UT3 going after it, cause Epic reveal too much to delay the game, it seems that only few bugs left, but DAMN NOVEMBER GONNA BE FULL OF GOOD GAMES!!
Well I'm getting it, but if the gameplay isn't more similar to the old UT99, I ain't playing it online.
I seriously cant wait for this game. The Multi would be awesome and i also am curious as to how the single player would be.
as once gamespot told about UT2004 "No other multiplayer game can offer much content as UT2004 does", the same goes for Unreal Tournament III Limited Edition(or Collector edition).
isnt the single player gameplay the same as mp? i mean without all the bunnyhopping? i'm not too excited about it but i'll probably buy it anwyay. when i had 2k4 i spent more time staring at the spawn screen than i did playing it, at least thats how it felt to me when all you do is run/shoot/die.
^ Well that's what happens if you're not the most "able". Took me a long time to get good at UT. Its not just a matter of running around. You have to learn to play the game propee.. and by that I mean learn the maps inside out and figure out tactics in how to perform. Ask any pro UT players, and I'm willing to bet that they'll tell you how impotant map knowledge and tactic knowledge is in this game. Its not just a regular old fps..
Jesus! I thought the demo was out, I almost shat a brick!! This is the one game I will be playing for a LONG LONG time. Maybe Gears too..maybe. Can't wait for the demo release, when it does come out, I cancel whatever plans I have that day and game till I can't sit anymore after which I'll lie down with my keyboard and keep playing. Hope to see you guys in game!!!
Nope.........What Epic have said is that they integrated 2 games into one. (hense the name Unreal Tournament 3). What they did was create a whole single player story line and not releasing a separate game because of that with all the aspects and maps of the Unreal Tournament games. In simple terms imagine the 2 games. Unreal 3 + Unreal Tournament 2007 (which was originally called) into one.
