Use ATITool instead. I don't have CF to implement overclocking for both cards. And I don't have free samples (I mean video boards) to work with them and support all of them.

Sorry I didn't mean that as a criticism of your product. I love many features of your product, particularly the onscreen stuff (it's surprising how useful this is) - it's just having 2 cards means I have to use a solution that will allow me to do both.

Do you have a Crossfire mobo? I'm sure if we all clubbed together we could sort you out with a 2nd card so you could use & test Crossfire :)

Not yet. But I'm planning to buy one in September. I have X1800XT so if I will use CF I need an X1800CF, but this board is very hard to find.
Anyway at this moment I have a lot of other things to be done in ATT

In response to Ramrodzergy, i dont think crossfire is enabled in your system, as i am getting slightly higher results from my single 2900xt.

Ditto Here too. I'm running a clean install of Omegadrive's latest. No CCC as it creates instability on my system.

    Hi,

I am running windows XP Sp2 and using 2x 1950pro 256MB DDR3 cards. Because of the irritating CCC i wanted to install omega drivers.. But when i want to enable Crossfire i get a !CFEnable error... I saw alot of people have it.. have you found the problem? or is it a bit harder to fix?

oh god i hate ATI CCC, for some reason now after i updated my bios and updated my cd key for vista, my CCC wont even start up, and now my network and sharing window is crashing and even my windows media player crashes with some error saying sharing not available, then my boot sectors got corrupted but vista repaired it, then i got a bsod something about the atikmdag.sys stop: 0x0000007e. Is CCC causing this or is it because i didnt reset cmos after updating bios or changing my cd key for vista? can anyone help.

A Stop error usually indicates a driver problem...I'd suggest fully uninstalling the drivers in Safe Mode, rebooting, running Driver Cleaner Pro, rebooting, then reinstalling the drivers.

Failing that, if boot sectors are corrupting and you're getting various other problems, it suggests hard drive problems or a virus. Could even be a RAM related problem. Doubt your problems are all caused by CCC.

I used a program called eraser and wiped down my drive using a DOD algorithm and it runs super fast now and no problems, My question is does software crossfire work in ATT using xp sp2? I'm using 7.9 official drivers. I have the 1042 Ati tray tools version, and i enabled software crossfire and my everest ultimate picks it up as crossfire enabled, but is it working or should i go back to CCC?

BTW - great tool! I'd love to see xFire overclockability, also, as CCC reverts both cards back to their stock 575/695 clocks.

Maybe also a "Crossfire Tweaks" section under Advanced Tweaks?

Did you already try to enable CF in ATT?

sorry for the long delay in a reply, as I don't check these forums too often (perhaps I should've turned on e-mail notification, lol!) - TBH, I've never had any issues with ATT at all, even the betas.

To your question - yes, I've tried enabling Crossfire in ATT, and I recieve an error message that states:

    "Invalid Value Name!CFEnable."

and it will not allow me to apply the change - I have to close out the Crossfire hardware window.

Thanks! 11.54 applies without error, and GPU-Z confirms Crossfire is enabling and disabling without having to load up CCC.

Much appreciated! Keep up the great work man!
