Thursday 16th Gas was $2.55 a Gallon, Today Friday 17th Gas is @ $2.78 Gallon




WTF



WHY did it go up 20+ cents a gallon over night? whats the reason?

Its €1 = $1.16

€1.18 per litre here effectively making it around €4.29

So in Ireland its around $4.91 per gallon. nice

 

It is down 17 cents a gallon here in Anchorage Alaska

My dads family is all from Kentucky. What part of Kentucky are you in roughly?

 

1 hour South of Louisville, In Elizabethtown

but originally from Michigan

 

$2.61 30 miles north of Boston Mass

 

Imagine this, in the third world (central america) our economies are struggling, lots of poverty, etc. wages are way lower than in the US, professionals are lucky to earn $1000 a month, some people barely make $300. Despite that living is expensive and gas is $3.30 a gallon!

Try comming to Israel and paying $5.30 a US Gallon for Octane 95 gas at a self-service pump.

 

There are a lot of European countries with even lower standards than that. I don't think that anyone makes $1000 a month in Macedonia, Albania or Romania. And guess what, gas is still 1.2 EURO per liter ($5 per gallon).

 

Same thing happened in Georgetown(Ky) except one local station went back to $2.58 today. It's really sad when we think $2.55 is a good price.

 

Oh i know, friend. We're not even the worst in our region. I cant imagine how it is in other parts. Gas situation really gets to me. I have to move around alot.

 

@Netgamer, we are almost in the exact same situation here in Indiana.

 

My dads family (what's left of it) mostly lives in Lincoln County. I have not been back there in 15 years.

I heard the news this morning and they were predicting another 10 cent per gallon drop in gasoline prices in the next 2 weeks.

 

So does that mean it will be a Price drop from what its at now $2.78 gallon

or from what it was yesterday $2.55 Gallon?

 

Supply and demand. I want to know why DDR2 RAM costs a lot less than plain DDR.

 

Here DDR costs less/same as DDR2.

 

That Gallon price is equal to out litre price..
