so what is the problem, for me after everything loaded 2 sec, it takes Digital Vibrance more than 10 sec to be visible on the wallpaper and everything, and i cant get inside the nvidia control panel, its like waiting for the nvidia driver to load.

what causing this, it didnt happen with 163.11

I dont understand this, everything loads in 3 sec, antivirus, sidebar, zboard driver, Logitech Set point driver, and only the nvidia drivers takes 15sec to start, just cant figure what does that.

the nvidia creative problem has nothing to do with creative.
i have for gigs of ram with x-fi when i put in the 2900 xt and it worked fine. i switched back to my 7950 gx2 and it does not work.

Say what Os do you have, 32bit or 64bit, there will be big difference because i saw a problem with digital vibrance thats goes to default after exiting Direct 3D game, so there must be a bug in this driver.

I noticed that before I downloaded it. I just went to the nVidia site and got it.

EDIT: These drivers take away 10-20fps in CS:S for me. I'm going back to 163.11.

Hm, can someone tell me where to find Custom Timings? Oblivion is running at stupid 60Hz instead my regular 85Hz and i just can't set it to 85Hz no matter what. RefreshForce doesn't work properly in Vista and Custom Timings are not present in driver panel. WTF!?

Anoying problem, Digital Vibrance revert to default when exiting from Direct3D app.

what are those bugs, why nvidia, how do you do it, and hell its WHQL and has more problems than the 163.11 beta.

So far, 163.11 has been the best for me.

Anyone using a CRT can tell me if it's possible to set custom refresh rates for any available resolutions so that it maintains that specified refresh rate for gaming or other 3-D applications ?

Because I remember like ... around a month ago I installed Vista 32-Bit and I couldn't set my desired refresh rates, I mean it always came back to 60 Hz during gaming, for any of my games, I couldn't force like 100 Hz for a resolution, it never worked.

So is that fixed now or do I have to stick with XP still ? Because I went back with XP and just un-installed Vista completely, I couldn't play my games at 60 Hz it would have been useless and terribly stressful on my eyes, no thanks.

You can use RIva tuner to force refresh rate :)

I tried them, and when i went to start/continue a mission it would show the in game screen (but darker) for a second, then crash straight to desk top.

I rolled back to the ones before this, and it works great.

Thanks man , I thought it was a problem with something else but I guess it is the driver after all.

I guess I'll have to wait for a new driver these are too good to me in BF2 to go back.

one thing fixed another thing broken , some things never change.

I tried that of course, and it doesn't work believe me. I also tried ReForce and Direct Refresh taken from nZone and they don't work either. It will sometimes force a refresh rate for the Desktop, but as soon as I start a 3-D application, mostly a game, either D3D or OGL, it goes back to 60 hz.

Small question, guys with 8800 GTS 320mb, any slowdown with these, or did they fix it? (or do 163.11's fix the slowdown?)
