Will Cell Factor even run on my system? ;)

I mean if i set the resolution to 640x480, it should work.... with AA and AF off of course.... or has someone already tried it on a NOT so high end PC?

To be honest no, its not a case of low Res and no AF/AA. If you dont have the physics card you need an E6600 to power through the calculations. I can get it to run at about 25FPS but thats with no bots, making it boring after about 5 min.

I wouldn't try, since you have no Phys X card it will rely on CPU, and yours won't do it justice I am afraid.

Thats all the game is for , to sell more physix cards.

    Needs alot of ram also.

I ran the game, dosent run great, but dosent look that great either, as said above, its all about the physix.

    1024*768 Everything Max...cept Some stuff

I get about 15-20 fps. some times 10-5

No point putting down the res or Graphics.........It wont do anything, Its a Physics Based Game, graphics down wont help at all. i tested that aswell.

But the Cloth...OMG even though its Software Based, It Looks And Works Amzingly......Cant imagine How it would look realtime with physx

You have a strong enough gpu for it that's for sure, but like said before, if there is no physix card, it relys on your cpu. Which the clocked frequency you have your cpu at, and the fact it's single core, it's not going to run to well. It just stayed on the loading screen for me. So, I'll try to do something about that later.

well with all 10 bots on and everything max , i get around average of 25fps which is very playable , drops at times but still playable

dont get me wrong the game is really good fun to play , but i wouldnt recommedn unless you have a decent graphics card and an athlon X2 or core duo

perhaps to run this game without a phyx card you'll need at least an e6600 OCed or an 8800GTX :(

Where do you find the system requirements? o_O I can't seem to find them anywhere.

    I found them over here.

But I think that I've skipped the word 'Recommendations'.

These are the real system requirements:

I found them at this website. I will edit my previous post, sorry for the misunderstanding.

the "hack" gave me a little fps boost (at least on the minimum fps) but the game is messed up...when you kill an enemy, it just freezes and dissapears (sometime i have to double check if it is indeed dead) LMAO

Well this is the first time I've even heard of Cell Factor before, if you can believe that? Anyway is this a retail game that you can buy or is there only that Beta that Vinnie linked us to (by the way thanks Vinnie)! Last but not least is it only a multi-player game? Thanks for the help guys.
