I most definately caught that but it still does not answer my question.

Yeah I caught that too Classic. I wonder if he did? Maybe he should actually read what he posts before he posts it.

To summarize; I hardly have any deep association with the issue. I simply attempted to come to a reasonable conclusion based upon the data.

I was able to find a large number of scientific sources that believe that anthropogenic climate change is a reality.

I was not able to find a large number of scientific sources to the contrary, and none were provided as evidence during the duration of this debate.

I base my opinion upon these findings; and at such time that a conflicting scientific view gains acceptance, I will change my opinions accordingly.

Eh, the ignorance of the young is to be expected. It takes awhile for the concept of the "real world" to settle in. I think that he's bought into the crap that the public schools teach hook, line, and sinker. I do believe, however, that he's pretty intelligent and will come to the proper conclusions in time.

I'm just absolutely frightened by the fact that so many people, with a preponderance of those being youngsters, can buy into a myriad of myths being purported as fact (such as global warming), that are nothing more than agents of change meant to turn society into some sort of "progressive" cesspool. Al Gore and his ilk make me nauseous.

Holy sh*t you said something and it was articulate and well spoken. LOL. All kidding aside I have read a number of your other posts and find what you have to say both well informed and useful. You should do it more often. The spam posting has to go as you will get you no where fast in my opinion. Having said that I just caution you to remember in life to believe nothing of what you hear and only half of what you see. Acceptance does not make something right. Bad news always gets press and the press is largely controlled by Liberals. We can agree that the Earth is warming up I'll give you that however a lot of qualified people disagree as too exactly why. One chink in their armor is climate modeling. To put it simply scientist can't even predict very accurately the weather 2-3 days from now. Even with super computers helping meteorologists end up taking their best guess. Its way too complex with too many variables so how can scientists predict what the climate will be like in even 10 years which is a problem that is many magnitudes more difficult? The bottom line is they can't. The fact is that scientists have not been right one time in the last 50 years about the climate. The Farmers Almanac has been a better guide. All they can do is guess and our government is not about to derail our economy over a guess. Again for the record I would like nothing more then to see all countries move away from their dependence on fossil fuels but not because I worry about global warming. I'm going to bed now. Take care all.

I used to be a borderline Liberal in my youth (you know pro-abortion etc.) until several things happened to me.

    1) I joined the military.
    2) While in the military some filthy savages tried to kill my ass.
    3) I for the first time noticed that a lot of TAXES were taken out of my check and that the money was going to pay for someone who didn't want to work.
    4) I got a job were I had to arrest people on a daily basis and everyone of them was a victim of some sort. None would accept responsibility for their actions it was always the 'Man's' fault. We had access to the voter registration database and I noticed much to my surprise that the people I was arresting were mostly (50 to 1) registered Democrats.
    4) I had my first daughter which should cure all Liberals. LOL
    5) I built a brand new hot rod just after they passed the clean air BS here. The vehicle passed the IM with flying colors at the tail pipe but failed the visual inspection because it had zero emissions parts on it. I was out $2500.00 for the engine.

I freak out too sometimes when I hear the literal sh*t that comes out of a Liberals mouth. I can’t understand how anyone can believe that dribble. I'm too busy brainwashing my children though to worry too much about it.

Holy f*****g $hit, you guys got him to talk or type rather. And he does it rather well, why not more offen, Nexus?

Anyways, global warming is more of a natural cycle than being caused by mankind, we are not helping matters though.

    gun4hire10 and Classic Satch,

You are just what the World sees when it looks at the U.S.

I'm extremely sorry that your loud trumpets cover the voices of whom, like many here, are trying to do something which is right in a large scale, therefore without thinking about "socialism" or "damage to our economy".

I don't think I should add more that what Infested Nexus has added in links and quotes. He might be 19 but his eyes are wide open as his mind.
Yours on the other hand, probably due to damage during your hockey fights or clogged by the fat of your hot dogs, are absolutely not.

You feel threatened by what you cannot understand and react with rage, thinking that every other country wants to get a piece of your wealth and therefore dismissing any theory on anything that goes against your interest.

Of course you are free to come back to me with more offence.

That was, quite possibly, one of the most ridiculous responses that I've ever read. Do you have ANY idea what you're talking about?

That sentence was an astounding example of condescending idiocy. Congratulations.

It's blatantly obvious that you are another one of those clueless lemmings who buy into this global warming garbage. Why don't you open YOUR eyes and look around. You're being spoon-fed a bunch of lies and propaganda and you can't even see it. It's rather sad actually.

I don't have anything against Infested whatsoever. I merely disagree with his suppositions and the method in which he presents them, at least on this issue.

Finally, do you think that the vast majority of Americans give a hoot in hell about what other people think of us? Our unemployment rate just dropped to 4.5%, the GDP has been increasing at an average rate of over 3% for years, and our tax rates are far, far lower than in the EU. I thank God every day that I was born here.

I'm not going to start insulting you Da{N}ka as it solves nothing. I wore myself out on blue5 and his ill conceived Liberal blah blah. He just proved my point about Liberals though as you have. I'm used to settling my disputes with polite debate or my fists. Neither is an option here as we can't seem to have polite discourse without certain people here America bashing and name calling and I'm not flying to your country to beat your ass so where does that leave me? I love my country. I have no problem with any other country in the world until they try to foist their Socialist B.S. on me and my fellow countrymen. The global warming hysteria is a political football and nothing more. This sh*t brings out such strong emotions in Libs that you would think we were insulting their religion. Oh wait it is their religion. LOL. I know I'm gonna catch flak for using Rush.

    I can only add this.

Q4 GDP will be revised down

You're being spoon-fed a bunch of lies and propaganda, not me.

But I just drop it here, our cultures are too far away to come down to any kind of common thought.

The next thing you know Classic Satch and gun4hire10 might start claiming that deforestation is a global conspiracy.

After being part of the environmentalist movement for a better part of 11 years, I've seen the research done, and while there are cycles and such we are going for record numbers this round and do you understand what this means?
There are many ecosystems that wouldn't be able to survive that kind of shock and wild life and plant life are in serious danger. While this may mean little to you possible cures may be lost. I'm not saying that the US and Europe are to blame fully, but if they are not willing to work with developing nations then they should not be telling anyone else how to run their countries.
What so bad about socialism? Its not the same as a dictatorship. Capitalist system has those all the time, especially now.

I put it in there just for that reason; to be funny. I think Rush is the establishment’s mouthpiece. He mostly irritates me with his Bush can do no wrong BS but every once in a while he does say something dead on. He definitely understands what the environmental issue is to Liberals IE a religion. They have replaced Yahweh with Gaia or what ever her name is. That's why this is so emotional to them. It cracks me up actually when they start foaming at the mouth like a die hard Pentecostal does just before muttering in tongues.

Wrong again tree-hugger. You getting very good at being wrong. There are more trees on the planet now then 100 years ago largely do to efforts by logging companies AND elevated CO2 levels in the atmosphere. I'm going to go cut a tree down this weekend just for the hell of it. If you submit any Green Peace crap as validation for your statement I'll likely puke. Have mercy on me I've yet to eat lunch. Since you are so fond of this:

    Both are real bad M-Kay?
