its the same engine but with a upgrade since it has HDR and suff.

It was just bloom in the Xbox one.

 

Yup it is only Bloom .......... no HDR. The engine cannot handle HDR as far as i am aware of.

Nah IMO it looks like bloom. Bad bloom.

 

It is bloom, I don't know how you can get bad or good bloom though.

 

Maybe that's why I stopped playing FEAR.... good game, great graphics but for some reason I lost interest rather quickly, got pretty boring...I'm sure it was because it got too repetitive.

 

Yeh it is just to repetitive for my liking and lets face it its one of those games that simply overhyped (like doom 3), any way heres lego star wars 2 (1280 x 1024 resized) with 16q af, 16q aa and supersampling - not that any of it matters since the game is pretty much graphically dated from the off.


and please guys if were going to chat surely one pic wouldnt be that hard??

lego star wars is a fun game! I never could get AA to work like that though. must only work with 8800 series

Well, at long last I've gotten my Oblivion, gotta say while pretty, and has definitely improved controls,it is very bland in terms of quests and isn't very helpful where to go.

I'm giving a chance, but man I need a better rig.

 

To play Oblivion?

Should be more than fine on that.

On another note, I just bought Jade Empire, contains a trailer for Mass Effect too, which is smart. It also strangely stores all it's data in rar's.

Also bought Supreme Commander, traded in a few crap games, and I was so close to getting away with the sales guy giving me back my games without him realising.

 

Yeah, just skips a little on the outside. Apparently its set on ultra high or something. Is it me or is some of the music VERy KOTOR sounding....very.

 

I think KotOR and Oblivion may have the same composers, though i'm not sure and can't find any info on google.
