GT Legends, the fun never ends...

Yep I agree, consistency has always been my priority in racing games. There's no point in achieving a fast lap if it takes ten laps to do it, nine of which you exit the track! Although practising alone over many laps, trying to get a decent lap time, can also be regarded as endurance, which in turn is learning consistency on a particular track.

It definately helps to play with others though, there's no point having consistent times of 2:10 on Imola and thinking it's OK.

EDIT: When enough of us are free to play online we should try an endurance test. There is more chance of spinning but also more time to regain position.

 

ya great game i installed the demo and it crashed my pc twice.....yay

needless to mention that neither my GTL full version nor my Logitech Wheel have actually arrived yet.. (been waiting 5/3 days now....) i HATE ebay-boons so much.

lol... Rebel was so after me the other night... Him driving the mighty pantera, couldn't keep up with me, then waited for me, I dodged him and in the next lap he waited for me again, I hit him and rolled his pantera!!!

He must've been proper pissed off with me... Not to mention all the abuse I gave him...

 

seems like i need to unlock more "high-class" cars before i can join the guru3d server ;-) i tried tho. hope to see y'all soon online.

 

the game will be out in a few days now. cant wait to try it in HD mode : ). i not a great driver like eclap, i think that how u spell his name, any who, the demo was cool but now i have a new HD lcd, i can finally enjoy this game the way it has to play, in HD no 4:3 ratio.

Of course it's too hard for the assumed Oxbridge Orthographer.

People who can't handle the steep, nigh on vertical, learning curve generally get easily frustrated and churn out expletives in the hope of hiding their uselessness. On this occasion myself and Eclap have seen through your obvious embarrassment and shot you down in flames.

Either continue practising, realise how great GTL actually is and then return with an apology or simply return to NFS and forget this ever happened.

 

Love it when people complain that the "cars don't turn, I brake and turn and the car goes straight..."

 

Maybe if they understood what "simulation" means they would understand why that happens.
