Reducing Ghosting -

I got myself some eDimesional glasses a few days ago, and i have been playing around quite alot with em.
I do have a question though. How can i reduce ghosting?
I know that i cant make it go away completely, but do you guys/gals have any hot tips? I usually adjust the gamma and sometimes the converge seperation (I ROCK AT GRAMMAR) but is there anything else i can do?
One more thing, does anyone of you dudes/chicks know of a good setup guide for the glasses on the net?

Ghosting. Tried changing refresh rate?
As far as setup is concerned, from my personal taste, i set the convergence in such a way so that the closest object near the screan, would have the least difference in the 2 frames, and then crank the separation up.
What i mean is for example, in an FPS, the buttock of a rifle would be sligtly shifted between the 2 frames, then a bit further up it would "converge" and then start to separate again, ending waaaay in the back with a fair amount of difference. That would make something like the buttock of the gun to come out of the screen a bit and the rest to go waaay in the back. Of course that is my personal way of liking.
As for a guide check out the nVIDIA PDF on stereo http://download.nvidia.com/stereo/45...ide_v45.23.pdf

You can try. Even thought i wouldn't lower it. Also it could be that the phosfor in your monitor is simply not de-charging fast enouph.

In a true amazement or in an ironic way?
