I first used the 4403 and then all the others and still the same problem. If you are someone else got them to work on an FX brand card could you please let me know what drivers or how you got them to work.

The stereo panels appeared in your display drivers?
Also, take the "medical test" to actually enable the Stereo Mode.
(You have to take it and then exit it and click on "YES" in order to activate 3D stereo)

I did the medical test all works will, click yes. I even went back in to make sure everything was enabled. I still get no 3D Stereo. What drivers are you using.

My drivers are the 44.03 Detonators and my Stereo drivers are the 43.03
Instead of having your stereo set to "enabled" set it to be enabled by a hot key.
(Default is CTRL-T)
Then, go to a game, press on CTRL-T and then when you see the image double (you should at least) activate your goggles.
What goggles do you own anyway?

I am using the X3D wired 3D Stereo glass's. They worked fine with the geforce2 64 meg and the geforce4 TI 4200 and the mx440 pci card. But they will not work with the FX 5200 Ultra.
I just had them on the geforce 2 64 and no problems. Now back to the FX card and no go.

Try using the 44.67 dets and the 44.03 stereo (or later than the 44.03 stereo if you can find them)

You won't find a card with a "Supports Stereo 3D" written on the box.
The 3D stereo supports comes in the Detonator drivers.

Oh so any FX card will work though so long as you install the 3D drivers? Then just use some kind of adapter to hook the glasses up?

They use a device called a "dongle".
You attach it to your card (on the monitor plug) and then the monitor on that dongle.
No signal loss which is good. (atleast on the eDimentional dongle which is the same as the old H3D one, which i think is also used on the X3D pair )

They come set with a pair of glasses.
You can't find them just by their own.
If you are gonna get a pair of glasses, it will be included.

If you can't get stereo-3d to work on a FX 5200 try setting your video to "best quality" instead of "performance". Mine quits working altogether when I set it to "performance". I have no idea why. It drove me CRAZY trying to figure out what I had set wrong!

mine works -

My leadtek 5200 rocks in 3D! You have to really be patient sometimes, getting 3D to work. One thing I found with my e-d glasses, was that the transmitter that sends signals to my wireless glasses needed to be unplugged, and plugged back in, to get the 3D working during some of my early tests with multiple driver sets. I was trying all sorts of driver setups - some worked, some didnt, and some that didn't.... might have... if I had realized the transmitter had gotten confused. This was just a glitch I happened to stumble upon, and obviously is helpful to only a few. I use the 4345 drivers, with the 4303 stereo drivers, and it just rocks! But 3D configuration is tricky all around, mostly concerning hotkey implementation. I get great results with XP and hotkeys, but each game poses its own particular problems with hotkeys - what works with one, does not always blend with another.

Instead of pluging and unplugging the transmiter, what did the trick for me was to take the bats out and put them back in.

Here's what happens with mine:
I run the stereo on a GF3 TI 200 and it works fine. I run it on a GF FX 5900 (Leadtek) and it displays correctly, but the glasses won't engage. They won't go on and off like they're supposed to. The only time they flicker at all is when I open the Advanced properties in my display properties dialog.
Any help at all would be much appreciated.
By the way, I tried everything listed in this thread before posting and I use the wired glasses.

Well they are all made with basically the same materials to the point where they even look exactly alike. I'd venture a guess that they are all made by the same company.
In answer, I honestly don't know. They were originally Elsa, but two of my friends got a pair, Asus and something else, and we got them mixed up one day. So it could be Elsa glasses with an Asus dongle, Something else glasses with an Elsa Dongle, or any other possible permutation.
Here is what they look like:

Here's another picture which has the same glasses:

Sorry it took so long to reply.
I tried all the Detonator FX Drivers and their corresponding Stereo Drivers to no avail. I even tried some pre-FX drivers to make absolutely sure. I'm thinking I might ought to bring this up with NVidia End User Support as no one who has this problem has reported a solution yet.
