processor/motherboard buying info

hello this is my first post and i just have a quick question

for christmas i am hoping to get a new motherboard and processor combo and im not sure what to get i am new to mobos and processors. i am planing to buy from comp usa so dont post stuff from internet sites or anything(not ment to be rude). here is what i picked out thus far tell me if it is good/bad and if it is bad what else do u suggest from comp usa

ps. i also plan on buying a case fan so can u recomend any good ones for a relativly cheap price

They will do fine but can you afford a 2200+ as it is a tbred so it's cooler faster and more overclockable
