Raping that FX-6350 on 1.45V or even more isn't worth additional 100MHz imho. Maybe with current 4.5GHz that piece of silicon just hits it's max OC on non-LN2 cooling, everything has it's own limit. Additional 100, 200MHz won't change much on FX-6XXX and FX-8xxx chips, if anything, and you're just stressing VRM's on that mobo for nothing. 4.5 is pretty decent for 6xxx chip. Some crappy chips of these tops OC @ 4.3, some are (with WC and better mobos) even going above 4.7, 4.8, it's a silicon lottery. I would leave it @ 4.5GHz and put my efforts towards finding lowest 100% stable CPU voltage.

Not much of a help from my side I know but OC on some chips above some level really is't worth wasting more time, spend that time enjoying summer and chasing chicks :)

    edit
Btw BIOS on that MSI 970A GAMING PRO CARBON is first release 1.0 version, try flasing to latest 1.1
    https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/970A-GAMING-PRO-CARBON.html

    Description
    - Improved system stability.
    - Adjust 220W CPU setting.

Although personally I was never fan of MSI mobos, especially OC wise, this mobo of yours is a pretty decent one for sure for OC and lots of other gimmicks and expansion possibilities. It costed you a good chunk of money for sure.

100 bucks, not bad, I'm sure same mobo here where I am costs around 150€ but guess it'll be hard to find it atm now when AM3/AM3+ is a bit obsolete.

1.41v is good for 4.5Ghz so as suggested keep it there

you could try upping the NB to 1.25v and vcore to say 1.43-1.45v and try 4.6-4.7

you can go up to 1.55v with these chips but i wouldnt recommend the extra power for little gain, I had a 6300 and each 100Mhz eventually took more and more jumps in voltage, I had that CPU at 4.3Ghz 1.4375v

Your way under max temps and voltages, everything looks great to me

There is room to go higher but I would honestly say leave it there now and get the ram timings tightened up

I can point you in the right direction

Take a pic of your bios ram settings and we'll take a look

Only need to deal with the top 5 settings

for now set them to 2-10-10-10-27 and see how that goes

The rest of the settings generally do not need to be touched

Maybe have a google around and see what other peoples experiences are like with the same ram kit

that would be just as good as tightening the timings either way is good

My 8350 build I've got a 4.5 right now, but I usually had it at 4.3 and really don't notice a difference from 4.3 to 4.5.

You can further play with the ram timings or give it a bit more voltage .. your good up to 1.65v with those ram sticks

    you will probably get 2133mhz 10-11-10-30 @ 1.575-1.6v
