Are you using a xmp profile?Maybe try bumping up ram voltage a notch or 2.

Have you tried a single stick of memory that causes the BSOD?

Or run a single stick of memory in the last slot where BSOD happens

As always make sure you are latest bios.

check the ram voltage and make sure it is set to 1.65V. If voltage is set correctly, test the system with 1 stick at a time until you've tried all 4 sticks. If it BSoD's with any single stick, replace that stick.

The voltage should be set to 1.65V so "upping the voltage a notch or 2" might result in damage to the CPU if the bios read the SPD info correctly.

Also make sure that all the RAM is running at the same MHz and CAS values.

If only one is having issues then it's faulty and youll need to replace the kit.

Did you only just get the DDR3-2400 RAM? Much better to run 2x8 GB than 4x4 GB.

If only 3 sticks work, leave the faulty one in and unplug one of the 'good' sticks. The RAM should drop to 8 GB. Then, unplug the faulty stick and try it in the good slot. If it still says 8 GB it's the module, if it says 12 GB it's the slot/motherboard/CPU memory controller.
