2x 12v cpu-pins on mobo

    Hello.

    So I recently got my hand on an old 1150 Maximus formula vii mobo.

    However, I see there are one 4pin connector and one 8pin connector next to the cpu. I have never seen two extra power connections for the cpu, do I need to plug power into both or only one of them?

    Just connect the 8 Pin you'll be fine

    4090 FE H20
    only necessary to have the 1st 8pin installed.
    The 2nd 4pin(half 8pin) is for extra OC juice.
