This is insane. Who is gonna pay a premium for a better cooled 1060 if you can get a 1070 with this little extra money?

The fans on my MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X 6gb do not turn on until the card reaches 60c and above. But honestly they never activate because the card never gets hotter than 57c and that is even with an overclock. So personally I think the watercooling is a waste.

Why?!?!?!?!? It only takes a paperclip and two razor blades to cool a 1060.

water cooling on 1060 feels like being the kid with the biggest dick in kindgergarten, cool but pointless.

What if I just wanted a watercooled PC for the aesthetics without forking out money for a GTX1080 and a waterblock? Why does everyone like to act like they think rationally with every purchase they make.. calm your tits down. Waterblocks exist for the RX470, why can't the GTX1060 have one?

Some PC owners here would have an adequate PC with lower specs but still purchased higher end parts, justifying their purchases as they went along doing it.

personally i feel if you're willing to spend the time and money on a custom loop u should be able to afford a better card.
