In UEFI BIOS setup? If no then starting from Win8 there are advanced power plan settings (hidden by default) for turbo mode (is it what you ask about?).

Yupp as stated above...Once you start your machine Press (Delete) to get into bios then look for turbo-core to disable.

If you cannot access bios for whatever reason then download Amd overdrive and use that utility to disable turbo-core dude.

Why would you want to disable turbo? Your CPU runs at very slow 3.3ghz without it.

Well no im sorry, i actually want it to run at 4.1 or 4.2 whichever is the turbo boost settings, by default, instead of just 3.3ghz.

You generally don't need to disable turbo to OC.

Do you mean have it run at 4.1/4.2 24/7?

Thats the thing i have it at stocks settings, i just need to know like the multiplier the cpu uses for turbo boost, so i can make it permanent and disable most power saving features, so it always runs at 4.0ghz or w/e the turbo boost clock is. thank you.

Set windows power plan to high performance and it will run at max frequency.

So i disabled ce1 , turbo core, and my cpu stays at 3.3, now i need to experiments with the multiplier too see what i need to reach 3.9/4ghz. i will probably need some more vcore too. This is what i actually want to know, the stock setting for the turbo boost, so i can have them permanently.
