Is there another OC software I can use instead of MSI afterburner?

Hi All,

Not getting all that good results with MSI afterburner. System is current (except added nzxt kraken x61).

I can only get +45 gpu and +125 mem. - core voltage +35 I've seen a lot higher clocks - in the 70's and mem into 400's. I Do have SLI setup - maybe cards aren't all that good?

Ideas anyone?

 

imho, going to a software developer specific forum and asking for an alternative is not really a good idea. In fact I would consider this really offending.

 

Your OCing limits of the card have nothing to do with Afterburner

 

You could try to use Asus's GPU tweak and see if it has a different limit.

Thing is, Asus uses special controller chips for power delivery afaik, so the thing is, they're always a little different to "speak" to than other cards. I tried the 3rd party support for my Strix 980s and indeed it makes a difference (although a negliable one). Can't do much wrong in trying it out.
