So I'm running 376.09 and for some reason 3d clocks keep getting stuck on. The card will downclock normally for a while then something happens and they're stuck on. No amount of ending tasks fixes it. Process Hacker says explorer is using 2mb of VRAM, that's all that's using it.

Also NVCP keeps crashing on me. I open it up and after 10-60 seconds it crashes.

Other than these problems games are working fine. Any ideas what's going on here?

Just uninstalled 376.09 and used DDU into safe mode and then installed 376.19. NVCP is still crashing.

brand new don't prove anything. as matter of fact, your last resort is reinstall whole OS.

i guess u have tried out other driver like 376.19 etc.

I'm not saying it proves anything. Just wondering what could have gone wrong already. Tried 376.09 and 376.16, same issue.

Computers always gotta be a nightmare....

try RMA your GPU if new OS also can't solve it.

GPU is 16 months old. Everything else is what's new.

try every single driver & if same issue persist then is time for RMA your graphic card.
