Maybe this will help my issue with Steep at 4k. intrestingly in the release notes it says "***61557; [SLI, GeForce GTX 1080, TitanFall 2] Negative SLI scaling is observed. [200259312]" When there is no SLI Profile for Titanfall 2. unless they sunk it in , in this driver.

Still no Planet Coaster SLI profile despite the engine supporting it or Skyrim SE. AMD seem to be releasing crossfile profiles for games that Nvidia say are not compatible with Multi-GPU tech. O well glad the driver updates keep coming as long as they improve performance.

I saw someone with a tinfoil hat on the day that said Nvidia were purposely crippling my 2 970s so they wouldnt be better then a single 1080 just hope this isnt true

Edit: I stand corrected they have indeed put 0x000000F5 in the SLI profile of Titanfall 2 now in this driver despite not saying anything about it in the SLI part of the release notes

Is anyone else getting fed up of installing new drivers all the time?

I wouldn't mind but I have 4 PCs at home, 2 of which have multiple operating systems so that's 6 times I have to install graphics drivers every time they come out with a new one.

Once a month is more than adequate for new driver releases, seems like it's almost every week recently.

You don't have to update every time, unless there is some bugfix in the release you need.

Hmm, looks like a NMS update. I like how "Dead Rising 4 crashes if launched using the LOW or MEDIUM graphics preset". That will get people to buy more expensive GPU's! Make our game crash unless they max it out!

    Nice release notes...

Why does Nvidia even bother to release a driver with almost no fixes at all,
especially with no SLI profiles added or fixed.

I really feel sorry for everyone that spent a small fortune for SLI this generation.
I personally think Nvidia is rushing out drivers to catch up with AMD...

They don't document all the changes they make under the hood, just main ones.
What do you mean catch up to AMD, I think its other way around.

I meant that lately AMD is focusing on their drivers support and they are improving in this area and in Crossfire profiles.

    Then don't install them.

Jeeze you people have no logical thinking at all.

Is someone pointing a gun at your head to update drivers?
    Must be.

Not sure if serious. You've posted the list of fixes, even for SLI, right beside your question.

Proof that people are not reading what i type right here. I just said they added Titanfall 2 but it was not in the notes. Same as 376.09 which added Steep despite them not saying. Whoever is doing the release notes is not getting information. You have to look yourself in Nvidia inspector to see what sli profiles have been put in.

The grass is always greener... Take a look at some of the driver threads on the AMD forums. Same kind of complaints about dual card setups. Honestly it looks like neither company is doing very well at getting games working properly for that small high end market.
