I am looking to upgrade an AMD Radeon HD6670 videocard to solve some minor issues and to have better driver support. I have temporarily switched to an Intel Graphics HD 4600 to test and so far I find satisfactory. I am not particularly interested in games and I want to keep cost as low as possible. What do you suggest?

Maybe you'll get some interest when you get a capable card. ;)

There is a new gtx1050/ti just released, 100-140$. I would not recommend going lower.

Preferably under 100 euro and mainly Internet browsing, high definition movie watching, maybe some games, photo processing (but not using Photoshop or something as demanding).

A gtx1050/ti here will be available around 200 euro which I think it's too much for my intended use.

You might be able to get a 2GB RX460 or a GTX750Ti for close to that budget. The RX460 being an recent release would be well supported driver wise for a while.

I bought an Asus GTX750Ti some time ago which I never put under real stress and it went bad only after a few months. Maybe it just my luck but I am not buying a videocard from Asus again (as I did not like the card quality wise either). Not sure about a GTX750Ti from another manufacturer, but these are still well above 100 euro and I think I prefer something newer. RX460 prices are 175-200 euro which are too high.

    Don't need one
have a look at second hand prices, should find something well with in your budget and needs for 100 euro.

if you go second hand look for cards that were poor over clockers in reviews, that way 99% chance the card has never been abused (over clocked) because the people who love over clocking look for reviews/advice on what cards are best for over clocking.

Good grief are you sure? I can pick up a RX460 for just under a £100 which would be about 110 euros

Yes, least expensive I could find so far is GIGABYTE RADEON WINDFORCE GV-RX460WF2OC-2GD for 175 euro.

Something like a used r9 270 or a used gtx 950 could probably be found for under 100,
The only cards new under 100 that would be worth it over the intel graphics would be the 750ti or r7 360 and they would be much weaker. imo

your really not going to find anything new at that budget especially since prices seem high where you are located.

    bummer!

Actually I would prefer a card that occupies only one pcie slot and that is quiet.

With the pricing in your country your gonna have to go with something used or just stick with intel hd graphics.

BTW: where you live if I may ask?

Is a used HD7750 with 1gb ddr5 a good choice for about 50 euro (but without warranty)?

I live in a country in the EU where salaries are among the lowest and prices the highest.

In that case, perhaps order from Germany or from some other country ? In EU you dont need to pay for taxes to other country inside EU and shipping costs should not be too horrible ?

Something like: http://www.mindfactory.de/ ? Use Google translate on that site. If you have problems, they should be able to use English while sending e-mails.
