    Hi

I recently purchased an Sapphire NITRO+ RX480 4GB AMD Graphics Card.

I have a problem, where it won't display on my analogue monitor. I read, somewhere, that it only supports digital output.

To overcome this, I could buy a cheap(ish) monitor, but would rather save a few quid for now, and buy a decent monitor, later on, when I can afford it.

My question is this : If I buy one of these adaptors, will it show a display, so that I can use the card?

Please note that the monitor I own only has a 1024 x 768 max resolution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

    That would work for you.

HDMI to VGA adaptor would be a cheaper solution imo.

Edit: probably not from Argos though.

Since you are using this until you get a new monitor I'd suggest you get whatever is cheap and available to you. The one on ebay would work fine for your needs.
