It's 92f in my house, it's 79 outside. Yeah I don't like the heat unless i'm on vacation. My house isn't very well insulated, our temps average 55-65 all year round. Throw stones.... Plus i'm doing drywall in the bathroom.:wanker:
It gets in the mid 30's C in the middle of the night and mid 40's C in the day. It's horrible, horrible here
You're from Lebanon I wanna say? were you from the coast? The Med doesn't offer as much cool breezes as the oceans.
here in dominican republic we just live in a non-ending summer, I have both a split and window AC in my room, you know, in case the quiet one fails, just pray yours wont fail you during a boring sunday
Instead of going for warmer areas in winter, I personally think about going for cooler destinations in summers in future seasons. This year is a bit cooler, but last year (and probably next)...
Welcome! Here during summer it's cold and during winter it's f**king cold j/k, actually it's pretty hot here too atm, 25+ C.
Brisbane, Queensland (Australia) is pretty good, get's up to 33-34 degrees in summer, maybe hotter if we have a heatwave. Darwin (Northern Australia) is a constant 33-37 degrees all year round, with 90-95% humidity in the wet season.
Yeah been rather hot lately. Nights it does not go below 20 really. Blegh and since we are in Finland we rarely if ever have AC's. Good summer actually only few weeks with 13-16 celsius else it's been closer to 20. Tho Italy was horrible when I was there 38 celsius in shade hot af. This is a breeze compared even tho now at work it's 28 celsius inside and at home it's somewhere around 26. I like 20 that is good.
Not a fan of the heat either, been pretty hot in the UK the last week too, not sleeping very well because of it either Cold = Fine, put on more layers / heating Hot - Can't cool down, stressed
I live at the first floor (of typical multifloor house built in 1970). Our flat has ceramic tile floors and windows on both sides of building. And sun doesn`t look into windows for the most warm part of day. These factors provide us with nice cool air. ;p
Yea, a little bit cooler would be nicer. Not that it needs to rain all the time either. Thankfully invested in a split-type air conditioner when we moved, keeps the house cool during summer and warm during winter, up to around -20 C after which it loses efficiency. We live in a log house so it has natural insulation a bit too. Although the PC room is always hot for whatever reason... also very musty air... weird!
Its too hot to game at all in this summer, its not like my pc can't handle the heat but the room instantly catapults itself to 35 degrees celsius when I start my pc. On the other hand it has been the perfect weather to cruise around on my motorcycle which is nice .
