So I am starting a project for fun, nothing huge, but I have quite a bit of spare time... Not that my PC is loud or anything <20dB, but I just like to mess around with things for absolutely no reasons at all. If its not broken, I gotta fix it. So I am aware that foam density matters in reducing the computer noise. Most of it comes from the fans like the exhaust in the back where the noise comes back out. It doesn't matter though. I still want to do it. What kind of foam or material should I buy to soundproof my case, or atleast dampen the noise of it? I am in Canada, I can't seem to find anything online or in stores, only on moddiy. http://www.moddiy.com/products/modDIY-Acoustic-Dampening-Foam-(50-x-40cm-x-6mm).html I am not even sure if that is dense enough. Another thing, I wanna put caster wheels under my Define R5, because I tend to move my case around a lot and it will also lift the case a few more inches to make sure there is less dust going through the filters and into the case. I need some that are good on hardwood floors, that won't damage it an ything and soft enough to make sure that any vibrations will be absorbed. Any recommendations?
