Does anyone know of a Voodoo 2 Driver that will work fine with DirectX 8? I think my 3dfx card problems are being caused by DirectX.

Also, does anyone know of a simple way to test your 3dfx card to see if it works besides looking in Direct X Diagnostics o r trying it out on a game that needs a 3dfx card?

Well if a game will use Dx7 commands then you should be fine with the Dx7 driver. But if it'll use Dx8 commands...

U can use DX Unistaller to unistall Dx8 and then install Dx7 as you would as always.

Where is the DX unintstaller? When I installed it there was a message or something that said that it could not be uninstalled because of the "numerous registry changes" made to my computer.
