Couldnt care how unethically Nvidia (allegedly) behaves. Product performance is the ultimate decider for me, not in one game, but all. If Nv rapes someobodys mum to make it happen, its OK by me.

3 infractions in 5 seconds, wow. Just be sure that you understand the next infraction boots you from these forums.

I'm taking anything Oxide says with a grain of salt after star swarm.

That's why I keep saying , even the current generation support DX12 , full implementation of the technology will be in the next generation. I still remember What happened with first NVidia DX11 cards ( 400 series)

With time we will know. Just take stuff by one dev as grain of salt for now tbh.

I'd think this was common practice and I'd not be surprise if majority (if not all) is practiced by Nvidia first and foremost.

That said, by now we all already know that currently AMD will excel compared to Nvidia when DX12 hits unless Pascal will do anything to remedy the impact. I'd alone expect as much since AMD has created and worked with mantle beforehand, meaning they've actual on-hand experience already which team green may be lacking as of now.

Demanding to disabling one of the - or arguably even the - feature of DX12 is ridiculous however.

Anyway, off to 2016 we go.

There is a pile of distrust towards Nvidia lately. The GTX970 Memory fiasco, Gameworks favor Nvidia mostly, the release of a series of bad drivers and now the supposedly not so great DX12 on Nvidia cards. For now I will not judge it only from 1 game benchmark. We will have to wait for actual DX12 games to come out and test and this will take a year. Better Pascal be great or Nvidia will not be so great anymore. Aside from hardware I hope both companies stop the shady tactics with the benchmarks favoring one or another.
