This one installed on my PC through windows update and I didn't even notice it, up until I got a few crashes while playing.
Since then I have unninstalled them, downloaded the manual installer and made a clean install. I still have to test to see if it works ok now....

It has been a long time since I had problems like this, be it with nVidia or AMD drivers.

    Many thanks for sharing this.

It seems to have fixed an issue I was having with Train Simulator 2015, namely that enabling Dynamic Lighting caused the graphics to go all 'dark' such that the only thing I could see was the train's cockpit!!! Clearly, the modded drivers I was using did not install properly. These drivers are also shown as WHQL certified in DXDiag's Display properties.

Scaling settings don't work under Windows 10.

The uninstallation of programs works fine with these drivers.

Any ideas why this is happening on web pages in Chrome? Everything else is fine but some sites are getting these weird shapes protruding from places.

You can use NNEDI3 scaling via SM5.0 in MPDN:
    http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=171120
But this program is more complicated, less polished and yet has limited chroma scaling options (NNEDI3 currently just for luma) and yet less aggressive deband filter.
However, if you want NNEDI3 luma scaling with new drivers, it's the only choice and it gives a great image quality though.

You can try to find alternatives to NNEDI3 in madVR:
For chroma, Jinc AR is great if you aren't watching pixel art.
For luma, you could try super-xbr. Since it extremely suffers by ringing of the source, I wouldn't use a sharpness above 75. You can try to get a sharper result with upscaling refinements like SuperRes or AdaptiveSharpen (wouldn't recommend the other sharpen methods there).
However, it will still not be NNEDI3, it simply can't be reached.

Let's hope Nvidia will have fixed it before madshi introduces NNEDI3 via SM5.0, since the latter won't happen any time soon.

Jinc is probably best choice after NNEDI3.

I most recently installed Windows 10 Pro (x64) and 353.62 driver, but it seems like my Nvidia control panel is not opening, or is non-responsive (unable to launch it by force) is this a known issue with this driver and Win10?

Something weird going on with these or it might be since I upgraded to Windows 10 but had to increase my overclocks to get the same clocks as I had in Windows 8.1, seem stable enough tho
