This is great to see. Always love seeing devs listening to us and addressing issues along with also keeping us in the loop. It's also great to see a dev working on all these free dlcs. Brings back memories of how games/unlocks/dlc used to be back in the day...*sigh*...Thank you CD Projekt RED
Funny, I was building a list of issues I had with the game last night, and these were pretty much what I thought would be good changes.
Looking forward to this patch. Hopefully it will address some of the main issues as I see them, large frame drops when entering towns and NPC pop in. Obviously quest fixes go with out saying but if they could fix those other two issues I'll be more than happy!
I love the way this game is being supported and the DLC is free. This (on top of a phenomenal game) is how you build up a customer base.
use afterburner to check ur cpu load i see u got an i5 all four cores could be hitting 100% giving you some fps drops the game is pretty heavy on the cpu i got xeon with hyperthreading it use all 8 threads also the game use cpu for physx thats only complaint i have with the port they should dedicated the physx to the gpu not cpu with a setting low, medium, high in options, also nvidia inspector is a fantastic tool its here on guru3d to adjust AA and ambient occulision and lots more you can play around improve performance and visuals
These is going to be a great update. I have just finished my 2nd playthough "5 mins ago" and I am not happy with my ending!! First ending was happy and went as well as it could. This time around I have an ache in my gut. Its funny how a good game can mess with your emotions. I wanted to make different choices the 2nd time though and get a different ending and I boy I sure got one. Awesome game! Anyone know what this is? "A new, alternative (optional) movement response mode for Geralt"
All 6 of my cores get utilized but none ever hit 100%. I see total CPU usage somewhere around 70-75% max.
They didn't and at the beginning of each play session. However, they begin to grind my gears around the 15 minute mark.
Every now and then I'd quickly cycle through the books to make sure I read them, this is definitely a good addition
I like the quality of life changes. Hopefully some fixes for quests you can't advance if bugged (The pig falling through the floor and getting stuck inside a pillar in Fool's Gold, preventing you from talking to it to advance the quest, for example) will be in as well.
