The nvidia one doesn't work properly, and it adds stuttering in most games.

Personally, i prefer RTSS, worked well with almost every game I've tested.
Durante wrote something about this recently, but there's no comparison between RTSS and Inspector.

It works ok'ish, but there are a few exceptions.

COD Ghosts, GTA5 cause weird stutter if using RTSS, guess its something in 64bit code., using Nvinspctor limiter makes them super smooth.
    e.g. 60fps + vsync.

You can, but yeah not every number.

Capping GTA V at 50FPS with RTSS works well here, any higher I get some strange stutter.

Let RTSS start at startup, no need to launch it manually then.

Nvidia inspector has tons of tearing for me, I have TV Philips 40 7007 . and using the 58,59,60 just has tearings in Skyrim for example when iPresentInterval=0 is disabled.
with RTSS limiting it to 60 it says 60.0 all the time and no tearing.

Can we disable the Nvidia Inspector Variable fps limiting ? choosing 60 makes it 61.4-7
choosing 59 making it 61.0. choosing 58 makes it 60.4+. Some games like skyrim it is important to keep it steady at 60.0 because of the game engine and any other game the Tearing issue when the fps just go above exactly 60.0.

I actually use both. I prefer to use RTSS to cap framerate for Witcher 3 @ 60, which appears to work the best for frame limiting.

Then I also use Inspector for fan and oc settings.

RTSS because its either way running in the BG with Afterburner! But sometimes using inspector. Tho it doesnt really matter, so why a poll?

Nvidia Inspector Framerate Limiter - 24/7 for me.
RTSS Framerate Limiter - If I want super smoothness
RTSS is cpu hungry, but it's not a flaw.

I dont want it running all the time for same reason neither is AB

I see no difference between the 2 on my end other then RTSS will keep fps at 60 more consistently then inspector

The problem with Inspector is that at least imo is not a perfect cap, in most games the frames are constantly jumping between 59.9 and 60.

RTSS doesn't do that. Actually I had a very bad stuttering problem while playing skyrim and WoW and I only fixed it when I realized that.
