HDMI signals degrade over long distances, you might need a HDMI Repeater/booster.

Odd I got a HDMI 1.4 by Vistel it must be around the same length think its 20/30 meters. No issues with video or audio over that distance, but I think the cable has Amplifier built in the male connectors.

From what Ive read the video signal can become problematic after about 50', or about 15 meters. It depends a lot on just how much signal you are trying to push through it.

Is it for gaming or movies?
If it is for movies i would suggest using your lan/wifi and set up your pc with flex or serviio.
For gaming the new steam link maybe?
HDMI cable over 5m or so is not worth it.

So 5m is max? I heard someone say that 10m works aswell but the cable should not be longer than that.

using a 15m amazonbasic HDMI cable from my PC to TV at 4k60hz, no issues at all, the cable is pretty well shielded twice as thick than normal HDMI cables iv used in the past.

I found longer cables with build in repeaters/amplifiers so I guess it will be all good.
