AMD Catalyst 15.x Win Mod (15.200.1023.3 May 14) with VSR unlocked [v4]

These are the Win 10 drivers modded to support Windows versions from Vista to 10. VSR support is included (thanks asder00 :)).

asder00 also did an alternative mod for these drivers, at http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=399306

    Driver Packaging Version = 15.20-150514a1-180730E-ATI
    2D Driver Version = 8.01.01.1497
    Direct3D Version = 9.14.10.01127
    OpenGL Version = 6.14.10.13393
    Mantle Driver Version = 9.1.10.0075
    Mantle API Version = 98307
AMD Catalyst Control Center Version = 2015.0514.1935.33383

    Download: AMD 15.200.1023.3 (x64-v4).7z
    SHA3-224: e264e4427609d24929a501b8676ecb18fcf695630c8471ff39c5b803

It's working well with VSR and 7950's crossfire.

    Install steps:
    1. Clean previous drivers with DDU
    2. On Windows 8+, Admin command prompt: bcdedit /set onetimeadvancedoptions on; On Windows 7 and earlier, press F8 at boot to get the same menu (at the next step), before windows starts loading.
    3. Reboot and at the boot menu choose Disable driver signature enforcement, which is option 7) on Win8+
    4. Install driver through Device Manager (CCC is also automatically installed), see steps below, these must be followed precisely as specified.
    5. Done!

VSR can be enabled under My Digital Flat Panels > Properties

-- Detailed step 4: Installing the driver through Device Manager --
    1) Right-click Microsoft Basic Adapter -> Update Driver Software...
    2) Browse my computer for driver software
    3) Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer
    4) Have Disk...
    5) Browse... and select the .INF on the correct folder
    6) Your GPU model should be correctly selected, press Next and proceed to the install. :)

    -- Bugs--
You shouldn't delete the C:\AMD\WU-CCC2\ccc2_install folder, as it is required to manually uninstall the "AMD Catalyst Control Center" entry under Programs and Features.

    -- Uninstall --
The latest DDU versions remove this driver properly.

    -- Changelog --
[v2] Removed OpenVideo, as it may cause problems for some users (reverted to the default state of the Win 10 driver).
[v3] Removed Windows 10 support, as VSR is not working there, thus the original driver should be used instead (reverted on v4); Misc inf cleaning, updated [ati2mtag_RemoveDeviceSettings] and removed DalOverrideDownScaleLimit and KMD_ForceWDDMv1.3.
[v4] Added back Windows 10 support, thanks to vase for reporting VSR is working on Windows 10 build 10125.

    Are you sure? :D

Profiles can be extracted by running, for example, in an admin command prompt: atiapfxx -r -sys -s c:\profiles.xml. This will create the XML file in the root of C:

Interesting. I have the asder00 1023.3 drivers and can't see it in CCC.

It seems the profile is only activated if the game's executable is renamed to "witcher3final.exe" instead of "witcher3.exe".

I tried that but the 2nd GPU isn't being used. Renaming the .exe to say "bfh.exe" works but not playable with that profile.
    Does it work for you?

HighPerfGPUAffinity is related for notebooks/swichable graphics, if i remember correctly is to enable the dedicated gpu to work fully, not a crossfire profile.

    Nope. :(

Thanks, makes sense! It seems we still have to wait a while longer for a working profile. :(

Just tried this driver and getting freezes. For example i open chrome and just on guru3d it will give me grey screen and freeze. Same with launching 3dmark overhead test. will jsut give me a black screen then.

Reverted back to older 1023 driver and it works fine

So far everything is fine. With your modded driver VSR works well for me on my r7 260x with resolutions up to 2560x1440 (testing vsr on tv with native resolution 1920x1080).

Thanks for the feedback guys. :)

It's up for me: http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/kn00tcn.net.html. DNS problems?

I've removed the AMD OpenVideo dlls that I've added (they were part of earlier OpenCL packages but it seems AMD is restructuring those in the latest driver releases), just in case. This makes the driver even closer to the Windows 10 original.

Also, this driver doesn't seem to have the bug where CCC tries to install itself over and over after reboot. You'll see C:\AMD\WU-CCC2\ccc2_install\LaunchWLApp.bat run once after the first reboot, and that's it. It doesn't keep adding itself to RunOnce anymore. One less bug. :)

Can you open the actual site? I'm using Google DNS in an OpenWRT router, with the ethernet configured to get the DNS information from the router.
I get a Cloudflare error page.
