I just finished overclocking my gtx 570 to 800mhz core, 1000 mhz memory and
    1600 mhz shader.

    All that at 1.000 mv.
After gaming 2 hours with bf4 and cod ghosts my temps was 72C max.

    Is it considered safe ?

My card is the gainword gtx phantom 570 which i think is 6+2 phase.
    So no problem with vrms?
I dont want to blow something!!
    Thnks.

I think your ok. Was it the reference 570 that had a nasty habit of dying? If your card is not reference design I would not worry about it.

That is only 50Mhz over stock clock. It's a low overclock and safe i would say.

I think phantom 570 wasnt a reference disign, because i think it have more power phases from original.
    Can anyone confirm that. ?
    Thnks for your time.

No it's not reference,so you'll be safe, i burnt a reference one, was at 940mhz can't remember voltage , temps never exceeded 65 with an accelero xtreme cooler on it. Smoke popped from the vrms.
