I go through phases of things to snack on while at work. Lately I've been munching on golden raisins. It's just like candy, but more addicting. I've been buying them every week for the past month.
I've moved away from the junk food snacks at the PC (and pretty much everywhere else) for a good few years now. If im gonna eat, then it going to be a proper meal. Hit PAUSE, throw on a movie and have some form of a meal that doesnt involve heavy fats or sugar. Guru3d pub should have a healthy meals and snacks thread sticky'd.
Green tea mainly. Weekend i have red wine after dinner. I usually have nuts or small bits of jerky to go with it, just a handful mind.
I have a fetish for Macadamia nuts at the moment, have to order them from Amazon to get a half decent price though.
Children. barring that, I find myself drinking lots of tea. So of course I end up eating a biscuit sometimes with the tea
