Oh I forgot to add one of my favirot restaurnts-called Uncle Bubs in westmont illinois, Great smoked ribs!!! Another place they make a Kick-ass Cheeseburger (also one of my favirots) a place called Country house! Its said this place is Haunted but i dont think so, I think it falls under willowbrook if iam not mistaken?
I forgot Italian spicy sausage on the Bbq is also kick ass, Cheeseburgers are kinda hard but my wife makes a crazy good cheeseburger on the grill, we go to a butcher shop and only use freah meat, the best meat as well!

Tons of different things but a few of them would be:
Italian pizza
All kinds of pasta, especially seafood pasta with lots of garlic
Beef steak with oven grilled potatoes and a good sauce (tomato, anchovis, shallots, capers)
French cuisine
Italian cuisine
Chicken or lamb with couscous and ratatouille
Veal in a cream and mustard sauce
Octopus done right
I love all kinds of food so its hard to find a favourite.

Hard to point out a favourite, but italian cuisine is for sure at the very top. I'm also a big fan of pies... just thinking of them makes my mouth water a bit, even as I type this.

Too many foods that I love to eat to really pick a definitive favorite. Due to complications of my disease and the subsequent medications I can't eat most of them anymore, but for something that I can still eat at any time, a nice Beef Roast (best if it's homegrown beef, extra lean) is right up there at the top of my list.
