So, as the subject says, once I get down to around 30-35 fps, I start to get flickering. Of course, this isn't much of an issue ever, because I'm not commonly around 30-35 fps, however I notice it in menus/loading screens of games.

I've tried multiple different drivers, seems to happen on all of them.
    Is something wrong?

Some monitors flicker when the refresh rate is too low, so this doesn't have to be a G-Sync issue. What happens when you create a custom resolution with such a low refresh rate? Try a gray gradient test image with it.
If it flickers as well, I suppose it can be said that it's the monitor maker's fault.

This is a known side effect of Gsync. If you read technical documentation on it. You should try and have a framerate above 35 to keep it on.

Could you provide a link for this?
